A new seaside promenade
The Scope 4 project involves the redevelopment of the coastal and harbor strip encompassing the “Sandro Pertini” seafront promenade and the western breakwater up to the head of it, in order to implement the protected usability and ensure the important direct visual relationship with the sea, now compromised by the presence of the high barrier formed by the breakwater’s breakwater wall.
